CoREZYN® Sanding Primers

Our sanding primer gel coats are designed to provide an excellent sandable surface for subsequent painting and are also available in a conductive version for electrostatic painting. These primers are ideal for any fiberglass composite application requiring a prepared surface prior to finishing.


Low Sanding Primers

Our low VOC sanding primer gel coats that are quality controlled specifically to have easy application characteristics. They are formulated for easy post finishing of fiberglass parts with good sandability and high surface energy. With a maximum of 28% HAPs, these products meet the MACT Standard, EPA 40 CFR Part 63 requirements of the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composite Production and Rule 1162 of South Coast Air Quality Management District.


Black Sanding Primers

B-1147-LIUN Black Conductive

Our black, conductive, low VOC sanding primer gel coat is for use with electrostatic coating applications. It is designed for good spray application with high surface energy and good stability for easy post finishing of the fiberglass parts. With a maximum of 28% HAPs, these products meet the MACT Standard, EPA 40 CFR Part 63 requirements of the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composite Production for non-white gel coat and Rule 1162 of South Coast Air Quality Management District.


B-1484-UUN Black Conductive

Our black, conductive, low VOC sanding primer gel coat is for use with electrostatic coating applications. It is designed for good spray application with high surface energy and good stability for easy post finishing of the fiberglass parts. This product has PACCAR approval for composite manufacturers producing components for PACCAR.
