Price Increase for CoREZYN® and Silmar® Brand Products

(St. Paul, MN – February 9th, 2022) Interplastic Corporation announced today that it will raise the price of both Silmar and CoREZYN brand polyester resins up to $0.10 per pound. Vinyl ester resins, gel coats, bonding compounds and colorants will increase up to $0.15 per pound. This increase will take effect for all shipments on or after March 12th, 2022.
Raw materials continue to increase and are very tight, as demand is high. Many products continue to move up in cost. Freight and packaging have also risen sharply in the new year. Interplastic continues working with suppliers to make sure we are able to maintain a consistent supply of products.
