Price Increase for CoREZYN® and Silmar® Products
(St. Paul, MN – August 24th, 2018) Interplastic Corporation announced today that it will raise the price of CoREZYN® and Silmar® brand polyester resins, gel coat, colorants and bonding compounds by $0.04 per pound. This increase will take effect for all shipments on or after September 15, 2018.
Costs have risen due to tight supply of key raw materials and escalating costs of transportation. In particular truck and bulk freight have increased substantially since the beginning of 2018. Interplastic is working closely with suppliers to reduce the impact of the increases and maintain supply to support our customers’ growth.
