CoREZYN® Polyester Print Block

The sprayable polyester backup coatings are designed to function as a print. They eliminate heat lines and fiber print defects in fiberglass parts, provides high resistance to impact, cracking and elevated temperatures. These products are not designed to provide additional resistance to water and should not be used below the waterline.

Our sprayable backup coatings meet MACT Standard, EPA 40 CFR Part 63 requirements of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composite Production, maximum of 37% HAP for pigmented gel coat and Rule 1162 of South Coast Air Quality Management District, maximum of 37% monomer for non-white gel coat.
