The low VOC vinyl ester barrier gel coats are designed specifically for manufacturing fiberglass parts intended for continuous water exposure. These products are used as a barrier between the gel coats and laminate. They offer superior resistance to osmotic blistering and improved gel coat surface appearance at the same time. CoREZYN vinyl ester barrier gel coats meet the MACT Standard, EPA 40 CFR Part 63 requirements of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reinforced Plastic Composite Production, maximum of 48% HAP for corrosion resistant gel coat.
